Macedonia or Macedon may refer to:

• Macedonia (region), a historical region in the Balkan peninsula, not officially defined by any international organization or state.
  • Greek or Aegean Macedonia, a name for the geographical region in which the Greek region of Macedonia is situated.
  • Pirin Macedonia, a name for the geographical region in which the Blagoevgrad Province of Bulgaria is situated.
  • Vardar Macedonia, a name for the geographical region in which the Republic of Macedonia is situated.
• Republic of Macedonia, a European country, also referred to as the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM).
• Macedonia (Greece), a region of Greece that is subdivided into three administrative districts:
  • Central Macedonia
  • East Macedonia (which together with Thrace forms one district)
  • West Macedonia
• Macedon or Macedonia, the ancient kingdom of Philip II, Alexander the Great, and their successors
• Macedonia (Roman province), a province of the Roman Empire
